Shipping Policy

Hybrid Restoration offers flat rate shipping based on product weight and shipping services. All shipping rates are calculated and displayed during check-out. In most cases, products will ship by LTL freight shipping. This assures that your battery will arrive intact.

Freight shipping will require a scheduled appointment for delivery and therefore it is very important that we have a valid phone number where you can be reached.

Residential Delivery Fee, Lift-gate Service Fee, and Overweight fee will be subtracted from the Refundable Core Deposit if extra shipping services are billed to us. Do not ship any extra items on the pallet without prior approval. Excess shipping weight is subject to fees from the shipping company.

Shipping to a residential address requires a Residential Delivery Fee of $60. Shipping to a residential address or business address may also require a Lift-gate Service Fee of $60 if a lift-gate is required to unload the pallet from the truck. Overweight fee is $100. These shipping services should be added as needed during check-out, otherwise fees for additional services will be subtracted from the core deposit and you will not receive a complete refund of your core deposit.

If you don't want to pay for the Lift-gate Service Fee, you must have a way to unload the pallet from the truck during delivery. You cannot count on the truck driver to give you a hand.

Residential delivery customers who wish to save money on shipping can pick up their hybrid battery at their nearest R&L Carriers terminal or have it shipped to a business address of their choice.

All orders for in-stock products will ship the next business day. Products requiring assembly prior to shipping will usually ship 1 to 2 business days after the order date. You may also arrange to pick-up your battery at our warehouse or have it installed at our warehouse at 1414 Bartlett Road Memphis TN 38134. We also offer mobile installation within a 300 mile radius for a flat rate fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Core Return Policy

All batteries that are shipped will require a Core Deposit that is refundable.

To return your battery core, please repackage the battery and follow the instructions provided with the shipping label. Instructions can be found folded and stapled to the original shipping label sent with your replacement battery. It is important that you return the core battery in the same manner that you received your replacement battery. This includes the pallet it arrived on and all reusable straps.  If you are in need of a new set of instructions or a new return shipping label, email Dante@HybridRestoration.com

All orders will include a pre-paid shipping label that covers the cost of return shipping for the core battery. This pre-paid shipping label covers the cost of shipping the core back to us using the same services that were required during delivery.

If your battery was shipped to a Residential Address (with Residential Delivery and Lift-gate Service), please call or email us so that we can schedule a pick-up. Upon pick-up, you will need to give the pre-paid shipping label to the driver. If you do not require Lift-gate service, please be prepared to lift the pallet onto the truck (with 2 people).

If your battery was shipped to a Business Address (with or without Lift-gate Service), please call or email us so that we can schedule a pick-up. Upon pick-up, you will need to give the pre-paid shipping label to the driver. If you do not require Lift-gate service, please be prepared to lift the pallet onto the truck (with 2 people, a forklift, or a shipping dock).

If your battery was shipped to an R&L Carriers terminal (without Residential Delivery or Lift-gate Service), you can take your return shipment to your nearest R&L Carriers terminal with the pre-paid return shipping label. There is no need to call or email us. Please make sure that your battery is strapped down to the pallet tightly using all included straps.

All cores must reach our warehouse within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a core deposit refund. Please contact us if additional time is needed. Cores should be shipped to our warehouse using the same shipping company used for the delivery. Please make sure to return the complete core battery, including the computer and other components of the battery. Missing parts from the core will be deducted from your core refund. Any damage due to improper shipping will be deducted from the core deposit. Please strap down your battery tightly and make sure straps are not hanging off the pallet.

Additional service such as Lift gate service ($60) and/or Residential delivery service ($60) that is required during shipping, but not paid for at checkout, will be deducted from the core deposit.

After we receive your complete core, we will refund your core deposit within 5 business days.


Refund Policy

Refunds and cancelled orders can be initiated by calling or emailing us. If you are shipping a product back for a refund, we will process your refund only after we receive the returned product within 30 days.

Returned products should not be modified or missing parts and all warranty labels should be intact. There is a 25% restocking fee deducted from the cost of the product and the cost of shipping or mobile installation will not be refunded.

Mobile installation appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit the $300 deposit. There is no fee if you need to reschedule to a later date, but please reschedule as soon as possible.

If you are installing our product on your own, it is your responsibility to verify that you are ordering the correct part and that this part is what your vehicle needs. 25% restocking and shipping cost will not be refunded if you order the wrong part.

All of our hybrid batteries are assembled at the time you place your order to assure that we are providing you the highest quality and most durable parts possible. Anytime we have to process a refund, there is time and labor involved in assembly, disassembly, and handling. The 25% restocking fee covers the cost of assembly, disassembly, and handling of returned products.
